Tarbat Ness posted his fourth win on the Flat with a resounding success at Newcastle on Tuesday, once again ridden by Gina Mangan, who is enjoying a terrific start to the season. We've also been delighted with the way 2026 has started for our stable, with our only two runners so far both having returned home as winners. Tarbat Ness has finished first or second in his last six runs on the Flat, with this latest win following up his repeat triumph at Catterick in late October.

Duchess gave the stable a first winner with our first runner in 2026 when bowling home nicely under Gina Mangan to win at odds of 28/1 on Sunday at Southwell. It was a particularly good day for Gina, who rode her first treble, which included two winners for Tony Carroll. We are always pleased to see Gina do well and not just on horses from this stable.
