Double Meaning brought up a second win in as many days for the stable when romping to victory at Southwell on Bank Holiday Monday to score by ten lengths under Marco Ghiani.
Bought from Godolphin at the February Sale for longstanding owner Tony Fordham, the chestnut son of Farhh looks to be a potentially very nice stayer from the good Italian-based family of Jakkalberry and Awelmarduk.
It's a pleasure to have him in the stable and to have another lovely winner for Tony and Rebecca, who have been such great supporters of Beverley House Stables over many years.
We have quite a busy week in store, with Dereham off to Ripon on Tuesday, Hidden Pearl declared for Catterick on Wednesday and Hiccups at Ffos Las on Thursday. On Sunday, Cloudy Rose is set to return to her beloved Brighton.
